Everything You Wanted To Know About Andi That She’s Willing To Tell You
My grandfather nicknamed me Andi when I was 10. Nobody really calls me that anymore, not even my grandfather. He used to sing my name and I thought that was awesome.
I have a child and I think he’s awesome, other people do as well. I won’t post about him much, the reasons for that are numerous.
I’m Canadian, from Halifax in particular - just like Sloan, Ellen Page, Buck 65, Joel Plaskett, the Trailer Park Boys, Sidney Crosby, Picnicface and Sarah MacLachlan… to name a few.
I’m a feminist. Not the man hating kind because those aren’t feminists, that’s misandry and I’m not down with that.
In my spare time I sew, knit, read comics, watch movies and spend too much time on the internet.
I’ve got tattoos, I’ll be getting more.
I used to draw a ton, almost went to art school until the parents pulled the funding. I’m starting to get back into it.
I’m attracted to people, not their bits… which is lucky for people with male bits because penises look weird guy. I’m currently single and looking, but not that hard.
Favorite Books: Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass … actually most adaptations of Alice and Wonderland are awesome, Coraline and Tamora Pierce’s Song of the Lioness series
I love Leonard Cohen in many complicated ways.
I’m fascinated by religions, all of them.
I’m a meat eating Buddhist.
